After having testing all plugins to see why this error is appearing it seems it is because of your Unyson plugin being active.

Can you please check this, if you need more details just let me know.

"A PHP session was initiated using a session_start() function call, which
is interfering with REST API and loopback requests. The session needs to
be closed with session_write_close() before making any HTTP requests."
