Add Refresh Sync and Show Sync folder onto the MD File/Syncing menu

Add the capability to refresh Sync (with a new Trunk and delete old .txn files) to the MD Menu somwhere. MD already has the inbuilt function .getCurrentAccount().getBook().getSyncer().forceResyncFromLocal() which does this (and Toolbox exposes) and it works well.

Add an Open Sync Folder to the same menu so users can get to their sync data. Again, Toolbox already does this and again works well.

Both are much needed options for users. Thanks
