Ability to see/edit category auto suggestions

When I import transactions Moneydance guesses the Category for the transaction.

I have never understood how it behaves:

1. some items it gets perfect every time
2. some items it used to get right and then at some point it started making a different suggestion
3. some items it never suggests a Category for, no matter how obvious it seems.

I do not know how this feature works so it is difficult to suggest specific improvements, but, a way to edit the suggestions would be great. Alternatively, perhaps just a "reset to factory defaults" button for when it is doing weird things.
