Add additional event support

Events such as Following, banning, sub and cheers could be useful to others.

Perhaps we should create new issues for each new type of event to track individually (and split work up to those who wish to contribute?)

Right now the plugin uses Twitch IRC APIs; I'd need to see what they support.
Another option could be to switch over to more recent platform APIs if available.
