its possible the release ur playing has DTS aka dolby sound audio, which isn't supported because of licensing issues

i dont think thats the case here. It doesn't play any sound with a few anime that worked before. Even after reinstalling it it doesn't work. Maybe something is messing with the app. Ty for your help btw
