[Bug]: Unable to edit shortcut key for `

Expected Behavior

Able to edit the keybind key ` in the keybind ui by being able to move it around like the other shortcut keys.

Actual Behavior

Keybind key does not show up on shortcuts layout. Moving other shortcut key works, but trying to overwrite the ` keybind with another key won't work either.
