Add an application to sign in telegram and save the secret for morse.
Use case:

Telepathy auth handler doesn't work with morse in Sailfish.
The app should have a plain ui with an obvious difference between phone code and password auth steps. Currently it can be hard to say if an auth handler asked you for the code or password.
