Unable to receive push notifications

Description

I am not receiving any push notifications. I have uploaded my APNS certification to Telegram Applications.
I see similar a thread by nicegram author. I am unsure if they are related.

Expected Behavior

Notifications to come in when messages are received

Actual Behavior

No push notifications received. Only in-app notifications work.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Build with quick configuration guide on simulator or actual device.

Environment

Device: iPhone 15

iOS version: 17.5.1

App version: 11.0
