If no mentors are available, it would be useful for a mentee to be able to post a request for a date and time slot and have any of the mentors accept the request

Describe alternatives you've considered
None considered, I believe this may be helpful for when there are no posted slots, or to spread workload over to other mentors

Thank you for the request! This is a great idea! It will take some time to get this implemented. Current projection is 3 months out, but will get this added to the Trello board.
