Display Application Stats

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We'd like to have an easy way to access data about the app that we can show to employers. (ex: number of users, sessions scheduled, etc)

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like a page on the documentation site that contains (and updates) stats about the site.

Describe alternatives you've considered
It may be this is something more suited to be build on the front/back ends, and that would work too. If we did this we may even be able to get user specific stats. However it may be less easy to send potential employers to the page if they need an account.
