Mentee Sessions when cancelled can be overwrited and confirmed by a Mentor if they haven't refreshed their page.

Acceptance Criteria:

Sessions that have been cancelled by the mentee can not be confirmed by the mentor
All other existing functionality works as it does now.
100% test coverage for Sessions exists
