Improve combat command to show how to advance a combat level

Seeing how many levels each skill needs to be raised by can be beneficial for people who wish to see what skills they can train without affecting their displayed combat level.

Ideally, it would list each combat skill along with how many levels it can be raised by to advance 1 combat level.
