[IMPORTANT] Library Location Change

Sucrose previously used the default library location MyDocuments (C:\Users\<UserName>\Documents\Sucrose). However, after reviewing collected error statistics, it was determined that many users encountered issues accessing this location.

To address this issue, the default library path will be updated from MyDocuments to ApplicationData (C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\Sucrose\Library) .

New Sucrose users will not be affected by this change. However, existing users who have not customized their library location will be impacted. These users, who have not selected a different location, will now see an empty library despite having multiple wallpapers previously. Don't worry; your library is still stored in the old location (MyDocuments). You can either move your wallpapers to the new library location or customize your library location to MyDocuments to restore your library to its former glory.

This change is a necessary step towards a more reliable Sucrose experience.
