There are a couple parts to this task:

  • Create setting to enable institution registration
  • Create form using ModelForm on the TournamentInstitution model which allows users to get_or_create institution and add themselves as a coach.
  • Create view using this model form, and add to URL paths
  • Add link to this page when the preference is enabled to the main page of the tournament (in a new group)
