Environment: Tabbycat 2.9.0-C, calicotab

A 405 HTTP error is returned when I try to log out of the tabbycat user account on the page https://subdomain.calicotab.com/accounts/logout/.
I have tested this on multiple calicotab tournaments, and they all have the same result.
