mvn install fails with mojo annotations

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. maven 3, java 7
2. run mvn install


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect: [INFO] BUILD SUCCESS

Instead: [ERROR] Failed to execute goal 
org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-plugin-plugin:3.2:descriptor 
(default-descriptor) on project tibco-bw-plugin: Error extracting plugin 
descriptor: 'No mojo definitions were found for plugin: 
com.slim.maven:tibco-bw-plugin.' -> [Help 1]


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Version 1.0 on Debian Wheezy

Please provide any additional information below.

Adding element: <skipErrorNoDescriptorsFound>true</skipErrorNoDescriptorsFound>
to element:  <artifactId>maven-plugin-plugin</artifactId><configuration>

seems to fix this.
