Added Jetbrains repository in Knox-2.0.0 for pty4j and purejavacomm

To this date January 15th 2025 the dependency purejavacomm does not exist in the repository jcenter repository which is natively in the pom.xml as welle as the version 0.11.4 of pty4j. To this date the oldest version of pty4j in the jcenter repository is 0.12.4 which throws a compilation error when introduced. Therefore, the jetbrains repository has been added in the pom.xml.

This Jira issue concerns Ranger-2.5.0 but its Knox plugin is compiled with the Knox version 2.0.0. It also introduces the Jetbrain repository in the pom.xml.
