Goal

Figure out why real captions were not used on /2020/…/doctors-digital-domain/, and try to use real captions.

Background

Hedda mentioned this when she thought about changes to make after global unset of tiny font size for captions.

Requirements

  1. Either Use real captions.
  2. Or create ticket to provide way to use real captions or document why real captions are not used.
