Usage of public party feature

Currently, this solution relies on sharing contracts (such as factories) with all users using a "public party". The public party must then be hosted on multiple nodes but this feature is not generally recommended by DA. Instead, the "explicit disclosure" feature should be used. We could potentially add some additional response data from the wallet views API to expose the disclosed contracts.
