[Feature Request] Error report after library update

What feature should be added to Suwayomi?

After a library or category update is done, it should compile all of the errors like cloudflare timeouts, 404s, host unreachable, etc, and make those errors available in a readable format - perhaps added to the "global update" dropdown as "last update error report" or in a separate button.

Why/Project's Benefit/Existing Problem

This feature should be added to make it more visible that a title needs attention. There might be a title in the back of your library that hasn't been updated in a while but since it hasn't been updated it is not clear that it's not updated 🤯 .

It could show that a specific source is unavailable, prompting you to perhaps migrate to a new source or to update the extension.
