[Feature Request] Allow us to add "notes" to bookmarks

What feature should be added to Suwayomi?

When bookmarking a chapter allow us to write a note attached to that bookmark such as "villain dies here", "weird print error", "booba", etc.

Why/Project's Benefit/Existing Problem

This should be added to make it easier to differentiate bookmarked chapters from each other.
