Change DOIs in the NetCDF files to the orginal-data DOIs

Since we are no longer going to be creating DOIs for the individual SOCAT-enhanced datasets, the DOIs in the NetCDF (DSG) files should be that of the source/original data files. The metadata about what these values are need to be updated in the NetCDF creation as well as the ERDDAP configuraiton.
