- 4 egg yolks
- 50g sugar
- 150ml milk
- 10ml vanilla extract
- 5g salt
- 5g baking powder
- 5g baking soda
- 110g 405 flour
- 4 egg whites
- Mix wet, add dry, let sit 10min
- Whisk egg whites to stiff peaks
- Fold egg whites into mixture gently
- Cook on low heat in ring molds
