Can Stirling-PDF convert scanned pdf to .odt (or .doc) maintaining format? (At least paragraph)
I noticed that pdf24 can convert (with format) to odt/doc from a “text pdf” but can’t do it from a ocred “image pdf”. Can Stirling-PDF do it instead?
