`run_javastics` returns "All usms ran successfully!" even when some failed #1

Expected Behavior

run_javastics should return an error or at least a message telling users that some usms failed

Current Behavior

It always returns "All usms ran successfully!"

Failure Information (for bugs)

I think the issue comes from the way we grep errors from javaStics.
