Please improve the config abilities for toasting

When i saw toast config added i was prepared to be able to move the location of my toast. But all it did wa reorganize the place to change toast settings. Being unable to change the location of toasts only fucks up people who coincidentally have their health, mana, stats in the top right corner and want to keep it that way. I want to get notified when i get a super boom but at the same time i cant see my health for a few seconds and have no clue if i can push forward or not directly affecting my performance. im resorting to other options for now, however i just need to be able to move the location of the toast.

In vanilla minecraft, you can't move toast notifications if you have ever played in 1.12+. But whatever I might add config to move toast location.
