Reproducing default catgt program in spike interface

Hi there,

I am trying to reproduce the default catgt program in spike interface, based off the suggested spike interface code to mimic catgt (here) and the default catgt params (here).

• Both use global common referencing, but spikeinterface suggests median, and catgt sounds like it uses average.
• The spikeinterface code recommends using phase_shift(), but it seems like catgt only employs this phase_shift with gbldmx (unlike the default gblcar). Does doing the phase_shift() therefore reproduce gbldmx, rather than gblcar?
• Catgt also uses a filter called 'butter', with three inputs (12, 300, 9000). I presume these parameters correspond to margin_ms (perhaps), the freq_min and freq_max respectively. If so, would it therefor be possible to recreate this in spikeinterface using bandpass_filter(recording, freq_min=300.0, freq_max=9000.0, margin_ms=12.0) ?
• I am also interested in how to implement gfix in spikeinterface.

So, in summary, is the best way to reproduce the default catgt program in spikeinterface to run the following commands in this order ->

rec = read_spikeglx(folder_path='my_spikeglx_folder')
rec = common_reference(recording=rec, operator="average", reference="global")
rec = bandpass_filter(recording=rec, freq_min=300.0, freq_max=9000.0, margin_ms=12.0)

Also, is there anything else missing from this spikeinterface code needed to reproduce the original catgt program?
