The GoCube Protocol (which also works for the Rubik's Connected) is largely described here: https://github.com/oddpetersson/gocube-protocol/blob/main/README.md

We are successfully pulling the binary messages from the Bluetooth Cube, but now we need to transform them into the actual move sequences.
