Add ability to send multiple commands in a same message

Sometimes it is nice to be able to send a /approve and /merge together.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Also possible to have a /approve-and-merge command. But it does not change the fact that sending multiple commands in a message is still useful, like /copy-labels + /approve
