To Reproduce
Only happens with /merge, with already approved PRs and everything ready to merge

Expected behavior
/merge in a already /approved PR should merge the PR

Hey im looking into this. It seems this might actually be Github Webhooks not firing from what I can see

It seems that it now ignores all our /merge commands :(
