For instance, I've set on the IMDB preferences the option Title display country/region: to United States to see the English title of foreign movies. However, IMDB doesn't always respect this option and on some movies like Under The Skin it displays the Greek title (since I'm from Greece).
Is there any way to use the original title (which is being displayed under the Greek title) to search for the movie in Plex?
Thank you.

Translations aren't yet available, but there may been an "Original Title" API somewhere. I do know that Plex allows the use of Original titles when editing (total of 3: sort title, original title, and "display" title)
Update: found a much easier way of using the "original title" of the film. Making an update now.
Notes
selector .originalTitle contains the originating country's title
selector .title_wrapper > .subtext a:last-child contains the release date of the users' country, e.g. from picture: "Under the Skin" was released in the USA in 2013, but in Greece in 2014
