I won't be able to upload it to Overwolf because they have to abide to Riot rules (even though they literally read game memory and show hidden information).

pretty good idea! imo overlay should only show when "tab" is pressed. just like other overlays do.
also isnt it possible to force a transparent form on top of valorant? (did that a while ago with winforms but idk current state)
