OpenBSD 7.0 was release on the Oct 14, 2021, most people using OpenBSD would be running this or current. (OpenBSD 6.8, the version currently installed is no longer supported)

it should be as simple as running sysupgrade as root, or follow Solo5-ci OpenBSD README
