Fuzzy Skin: Could we get a 'Holes Only' option

Often Im using complicated models for acoustics and because of the convex/concave nature, I only need to fuzzy a single side. However half the time I have to choose "Contour and Hole" because Orca determines the internal is a hole and this adds significant time to the print
Would be very helpful :-)
