We want to create some styles ready to use in separate files. We must get rid of idea with keep styles inside components b/c it will be hard to edit and impede future development.

The main idea is to prepare 3 different scss files to 3 themes and developer can choose styles to his theme witch changing link to it.
1st file will contain styles to use in magento-luma theme
2nd file will contain styles to use in magento-blank theme
3rd file will contain styles to use in alpaca theme
