Feature Request: Command run on planetary visit

In addition to Slimefun we also run TARDIS on my server and it makes some amount of sense that a TARDIS can visit different planets and that those would include the Galactifun added ones. However, since there is an enormous expense to travel to the majority of them using the normal Galactifun route, I have not provided TARDIS permissions to get to these destinations. It would be nice if - once a player visits a planet for the first time - a command could be run that would allow me to redistribute these TARDIS permissions on a per-planet basis so that their subsequent visits could be made with their TARDIS if they have one.
