Mentorship field is showing old text #502

Describe the bug
I left blank Mentorship field but while submitting the MVP application, it was still showing old text that I entered before

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to "https://mvp.sitecore.com/en/Application/Apply"

Fill in the field "Did you have any mentors this year?" from the application
Click next
Submit the application
Revoke the application
Remove text from the above-mentioned field
Submit the application
You will still see the old text in the field

Expected behavior
It should not show any old text in the field
