Extra 10 seconds at end of song, resolved by re-saving Simply Love UserPrefs.ini?

Something super cursed happened to my Simply Love UserPrefs.ini and I'm not sure what caused this? It was adding about 10 seconds extra of silence to the end of every chart.

For example, here is an incorrect breakdown for the end of Determinator SX.

• It's happening with any version of ITGmania I try, so it's not the game itself or some weird test build problem
• It's not the theme itself, I deleted my zmod and downloaded the latest one to be safe
• I opened it in Notepad, didn't see anything weird or corrupted.
• I suspected maybe MeasureCounterLookahead even though it had been like that for a long time, so I set it to 0, saved and reopened the game. The extra 10 seconds at the end of the song was gone. I closed the game, set it back to 4, and...... the extra 10 seconds was still gone.
• I don't have any .ini file related errors in the log.

So far I can't tell what could have done this. I don't know whether to classify it as a theme issue or engine issue.

I am not seeing what setting could cause this.
