Feature request: disable Casual mode, therefore skipping mode selection

Since FA+ has been removed entirely, and most competitive players aren't going to select Casual mode anyways, why isn't there an option to just skip straight to ITG mode?

This would be really nice to put in SL options or somewhere, similar to the color setting - this screen is just an unnecessary button press on every startup for most players.
