Add watchdog thread in order to inform about unexpected dying of processes and or entire servers by using the functionalities already implemented in process manager

Threads of the DAQProcess are now automatically watched and any failure (e.g. "non-functioning hardware") is logged back to the user as an error. Therfore we only need to check the whether the process itself is alive, see b8a2db3

Not needed anymore to redesign of setup / improvement of software in 795d948c5f2e444373ad9817a4b7c574fdf41882
