New project based on hydrogen.shop

Is there a way to start a new project with the CLI based on https://github.com/Shopify/hydrogen/tree/main/templates/demo-store ?

Similar to the demo "Snowboard store" on https://hydrogen.shop

I played around with the CLI a while back, and vaguely remember that being an option in the setup flow. But not being it now.
