Twist Counter

Just a simple counter that could sit above or below the starting point box. Maybe show a plus when twist is building up in one direction and minus for the other. An empty box if no accumulated twist for that pattern. To avoid trying to show large numbers the box could perhaps only show the number of twists if clicked on.
