TVDB has changed IDs of several series #310

Hi,

i just saw that thetvdb changed the id´s for several series. I detected it on the following series:

1+2=Paradise (ID 106033 -> 162041)
7Seeds
6 Angels

It seems there are a lot of other series where the IDs have changed. Is there a way that you can update your lists with the new ids?

If you have a list of what has changed, I can put in a pull request with the updates.

cf018a1 should close out the three you mentioned above. No good way to search for any others that I know of.
