Steps to Reproduce

- scoop bucket add main
- scoop install main/perl
- Run MalwareBytes Scan or upload .\scoop\apps\perl\5.40.0.1\perl\bin\perlglob.exe to virustotal.org

Possible Solution

Delete package from main repo.
