[Bug]: Prusaslicer checkver not working, update to 2.9.0 not prompted

Prerequisites

• I have verified that I am using the latest version of Scoop and corresponding bucket.

Expected/Current Behaviour

Update from 2.8.1 to latest (2.9.0) is expected, the package is instead shown as already up to date

Steps to Reproduce

PS> scoop update prusaslicer
prusaslicer: 2.8.1 (latest version)
Latest versions for all apps are installed! For more information try 'scoop status'

creating a better checkver routine
