GPodder synced duration not always respected #901
Comments
Could you update to the latest version? I added a list of GPodder only tracked podcasts. Maybe there is a mismatch between them. If so remove the web version and add it via the list. This ensures that both podcasts are identical. |
Great. It seems to be working. I removed the involved podcasts from Podfetch and did a new "full sync" in AntennaPod. Thanks But now I recognize that the playing status is not being synched from Podfetch to AntennaPod, and never has been. |
Sure I'll have a look at it. |
Great. Thanks. Tell me if you need anything from me. |
Feel free to try it with the latest image. It should work now as expected |
Sadly it does not seem to work on my end. Do I have to do anything before testing other than updating the docker image? Eg. disconnecting AntennaPod from Gpodder/Podfetch? |
Updating the image should suffice for that. |
Describe the bug
Synchronizing played duration of a podcast from AntennaPod over Gpodder seems to work at first glance. Although when I playthe episode in PodFetch, it plays from the beginning and ignores the duration synchronized from AntennaPod.
Also the playing status doesn't seem to be synchronized the other way around: From PodFetch to AntennaPod.
Reproduction
Happens with every sync from AntennaPod
