Localising of SWIM

This'll be quite the task but should probably be done at some point as some people seem to speak other languages than englisch. xD

SWIM is now fully functional in other languages. What's left to do is set up translation strings for the rest that doesn't impact functionality. That however is huge as there is a lot of text hard coded in the module.
@Razortide showed interest in helping out, which is much appreciated. =)

@Razortide is doing a great job at helping to set up the loca but is currently tied up in other things. But upcoming versions will always have some newly added loca.
