[BUG] Dramatic Task Planner error SWIM 2.6.0

Describe the bug
The Dramatic Task Planner macro gives an error when used

To Reproduce
Run macro witth no targets selected and when a target is selected

• SWADE System Version: [e.g. 1.0] 3.3.11

• Other Modules enabled?: [yes/no, please provide a list, no need to list the dependencies of SWIM though] Have a quite a few, this can be extrapolated if issue can't be reproduced.

I see what's wrong. I forgot to create an exception for users without the Challenge Tracker module. I'll fix that and try to make a hotfix later today or early next week.

Fixed in Git. I have a couple things to do today but I'm positive I can make a release today.
