[US15] Rotate to View 3D Well Trajectory from Different Direction

As a Field Engineer, I want to rotate to view 3D well trajectory from different direction, so that I can have a better understanding of the well trajectory.

Acceptance Criteria:
AC1 (happy path):
Given an opened tab page with three dimensional view of well trajectory is selected.
When I left click within the three dimensional view and drag to another point using mouse.
Then three dimensional view of the well trajectory should be rotated along with the moving of the mouse. The rotation angle is determined by the horizontal displacement and the verticle displacement of mouse.
And the coordinates should be updated to fit the rotation.
