Improve experience when exploring projects

Hello.

When I explore the projects for HackWeek https://hackweek.opensuse.org/22/projects
If you check the projects scrolling down, then you can continue exploring the projects the next/previous page, or jump to page 2, etc with the bar below.
If you go next page, then you are headed to bottom of the page, so you have to scroll up, reading and when you get the head of the page, then have to scroll down to the bar to jump next page...

I think that would be great when you choose next page or jump to a specific page to be headed at the top of the page, since that you can scroll down, etc...

Sorry, I'm not a developer so can't provide a code to fix that...
